Section 18
(1)
Where a person has had his name entered in the register pursuant to subsection
(3)
of section 17, the Council shall direct the Registrar to issue to him a certificate of registration in such form and subject to such conditions, as it may determine.
(2)
The conditions referred to in subsection (1), if any, shall be endorsed on the certificate of registration.
