Section 17
(1)
Any person eligible for registration under this Order may apply to the Council for registration.
(2)
Every such application shall be made in such form and manner and be accompanied by such documents, photographs and particulars as the Council may determine.
(3)
When such person has complied with the requirements of subsections (1) and
(2)
and has paid the fee prescribed in the Second Schedule, the Council shall, subject to subsection (2) of section 18, direct the Registrar to register the applicant by entering his name in the register.
