Section 16
Subject to this Order, the following persons shall be eligible to be registered under this
Order –
(a)
any person holding any of the qualifications specified in the third column of Part I of the First Schedule granted by the institution specified in relation to such qualifications in the second column of that Part;
(b)
any person holding any qualification granted by any of the institutions referred to in Part II of the First Schedule.
