Cancellation of certificate of registration

Section 34
(1)
Where it appears to the Director that a tourist accommodation premises is being conducted in an improper or unsatisfactory manner, the
Director may cancel the certificate of registration.
(2)
No cancellation under subsection (1) shall take effect until the expiration of 10 days from the date of the cancellation.
