Lost licences

Section 37
(1)
Where a licensed travel agent has lost its licence, it shall immediately notify the Director in writing of the loss.
(2)
Where a licensed tourist guide has lost his licence or his tourist guide badge, he shall immediately notify the Director in writing of the loss.
(3)
Such licensed travel agent or licensed tourist guide shall submit an application for a replacement licence or tourist guide badge, as the case may be, accompanied by all such information and documents as may be required by the Director and prescribed fees that may be imposed.
