Application for registration as tourist accommodation premises

Section 31
(1)
An application for registration as tourist accommodation premises shall —
(a)
be made to the Director in such form and manner as the
Director may determine; and
(b)
be accompanied by payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Director may, at any time after receiving an application under subsection (1), require the applicant to provide additional documents or information.
