Appeal

Section 28
Any licensed tourist guide who is aggrieved by —
(a)
refusal of the Director to grant or renew his tourist guide licence; or
(b)
decision of the Director to suspend or revoke his tourist guide licence, may within 14 days of the date of receipt of the notice of such refusal to renew, suspension or revocation, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.
