Information etc. to be provided by licensed tourist guide

Section 26
(1)
The Director or an authorised officer may, for the purpose of ascertaining whether a licensed tourist guide has complied with or is complying with any provision of this Act (or any regulations made thereunder) or any condition of his licence, require the licensed tourist guide —
(a)
to furnish any information within his knowledge; or
(b)
to produce for inspection any document or article in his possession, custody or control, relating to his tourist guide services or activities.
(2)
The Director or the authorised officer, as the case may be, may make copies of or retain any document or article produced under subsection (1)(b) for further inspection.
