Directions of Minister

Section 7
(1)
The Minister may give the Board such directions in writing, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he thinks fit, as to the exercise of any power or the performance of any function conferred or imposed on it by this Act, and the Board shall give effect to any such direction.

(2)
The Board shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property, the exercise of its powers and performance of its functions as he may require.
