Section 6
(1)
The Managing Director shall be entrusted with the day to day administration of the Board and the Fund, preparation of programmes, schemes or projects for the consideration of the Board and the implementation of decisions of the Board.
(2)
The Managing Director shall be an employee of the Board on such terms and conditions of service as His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan may decide.
(3)
The Managing Director shall be answerable to the Board of
Directors for his acts and decisions.
