Section 9
(1)
The Board of Directors may, in its discretion, appoint committees consisting of persons who are members or otherwise, for purposes which, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, would be better regulated and managed by such committees.
(2)
The Board of Directors may define or vary the terms of reference of the committees.
(3)
Subject to this Act and to the control of the Board of Directors, each committee may regulate its procedure in such manner as the committee thinks fit.
