Board of Directors

Section 5
(1)
There shall be a Board of Directors which shall be responsible for the policy and general administration of the affairs and business of the
Board.
(2)
The Board of Directors shall consist of the following members —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
not more than two Deputy Chairmen;
(c)
such number of other directors, of whom not less than five shall be representatives of the Government, as His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint.
(3)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall appoint one of the directors to be the Managing Director.
(4)
Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
