Section 9
(1)
Where a society has had its name entered in the register pursuant to section 8(3), the Registrar shall issue it a certificate of registration in such form as he may determine.
(2)
The certificate, unless otherwise revoked, shall be conclusive evidence for all purposes that the society has been registered under this Act.

(3)
Where a society has had its name entered in the register subject to any conditions, such conditions shall be endorsed on its certificate of registration.
