Power of Registrar to make inquiries etc.

Section 10
(1)
The Registrar may, in relation to any application under this Act, make such inquiries as he may consider necessary.
(2)
Where the applicant fails to supply any information called for or to answer such inquiries to the satisfaction of the Registrar, the Registrar may refuse to allow the application.
Refusal to register.
