Section 7
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, a register to be known as the
Register of Societies shall be in such form as the Registrar may determine and shall contain particulars of the societies registered therein.
(2)
The Registrar shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the register.
(3)
Upon the registration of any society under section 8(3), the particulars furnished under section 8(2) shall be entered in the Register.
