(1)
Subject to subsection (3), the Registrar may, in writing, delegate any of the powers conferred on him by this Act to any Assistant Registrar.
(2)
A delegation under subsection (1) may be made subject to such conditions as may be determined by the Registrar in the instrument of delegation.
(3)
The power of delegation under subsection (1) shall only be exercised by the Registrar personally.
