Exemptions from need for registration

Section 6
The following classes of motor vehicles shall be exempted from the need for registration —
(a)
new motor vehicles and trailers in the possession of manufacturers of or dealers in motor vehicles, but subject to the provisions relating to dealers’ general licenses hereinafter contained;
(b)
motor vehicles and trailers brought into Brunei Darussalam by visitors, and exempted from registration in accordance with any regulations made under this Act.
