Offences of partners, directors, etc., of licensees and of bodies corporate, etc.
of Registered Agents and Trustees Licensing Order, 2000
(1)
Where an offence under this Order committed by a licensee or former licensee is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of a person who is or was a controller in relation to that licensee or former licensee or who was purporting to act in that capacity he shall be guilty of the offence and liable in the same manner as the licensee to the penalty provided for that offence.

Where an offence under this Order committed by a company is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of any person who was a partner, director, manager, secretary or other similiar officer of that, company shall be guilty of the offence and liable to be proceeded again and punished accordingly.
