Section 36
(1)
Section 35 does not preclude the disclosure of information –
(a)
for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Authority or any person acting on his behalf to discharge his functions under this Order or under any other written law under which they respectively exercise a supervisory function;
(b)
by the Authority, any person acting on his behalf or any other person to the Attorney General, being information obtained under section 28 or being information in the possession of the Authority under 28A or such person as to any matter in relation to which the powers conferred by this Order are exercisable, but any information so disclosed may only be disclosed by the Attorney General for the purposes of an investigation into a suspected offence whether under this Order or not or a prosecution in Brunei Darussalam or, at the discretion of the Attorney General, elsewhere.
