Section 37

Any person who knowingly or recklessly provides the Authority or any other person entitled to information under this Order with information which is false or misleading in a material particular shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years, a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty thousand dollars or both.
