Section 70
The port health officer may limit to 250 the number of persons to be detained at a quarantine station in Brunei
Darussalam from any one ship under the provisions of this Act or of the regulations made thereunder. The remaining persons, if any, in such ships may be detained for observation in the ship or in a hulk at a quarantine anchorage or elsewhere as the port health officer shall direct.
