Such declaration purporting to be signed by the master, surgeon and chinchew or supercargo shall be deemed to have been so signed.

Any information contained in such declaration, which is subsequently found to be untrue, shall render such master, surgeon and chinchew or supercargo guilty of an offence

: Penalty, a fine of $2,000 each, and imprisonment for 6 months.

Any master, surgeon, chinchew or supercargo who fails to make and sign a declaration as herein required, shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,000.
