Section 73

All infected or suspected goods or articles seized under this section shall be dealt with in such manner as the health or port health officer directs, and if found to be infected or to be unfit for human consumption or likely to create a nuisance or likely to be a danger to health may forthwith be destroyed by the written orders of the health or port health officer according to the Form in the Sixth Schedule, a copy of which shall be given to the importers, if known.
