Section 71
(1)
No person shall knowingly import into Brunei
Darussalam any living noxious insect, or any living pest, or any living disease germ or microbe or any active bacterial culture without the written permission of a health or port health officer according to the Form in the Fifth Schedule.
(2)
Any person who imports anything contrary to this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,000.
