Section 25

Any person letting for hire, or showing for the purpose of letting for hire, any house or part of a house who fails to inform any person negotiating for the hire as to the fact of there being or within 6 weeks previously having been therein any person suffering from any infectious disease such fact being known to him, or who knowingly makes a false answer when questioned by such person as to such fact, shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $400.
