Section 27

Any person who knows himself to be suffering from an infectious disease, or tuberculosis, or to be living in a house in which there is any infectious disease, and who milks any animal or picks fruit or engages in any occupation connected with food or carries on any trade or business in such a manner as to be likely to spread such disease, shall be guilty of an offence:

Penalty, a fine of $200.

Powers with regard to dairies where infectious disease is attributable to milk.
