Section 85

No action shall be brought against the Probate

Officer or any Deputy or Assistant Probate Officer for any-thing done by him in respect of the execution or the in-tended execution of any power vested in him by this Act or for anything done by him in the exercise of the office as administrator under any grant of letters of administration taken out by him under this Act if this was done in good faith.

Probate and Administration
