Section 84

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the

Probate Officer, other than a decision made after reference to the Court of the Chief Kadi under the provisions of sec-tion 71 or to the High Court under the provisions of section 83, may, subject to the provisions of any written law relating to civil appeals to the High Court from the judgment of the

Court of a Magistrate, appeal to the High Court.

Any person aggrieved with the decision of the

High Court on sitting on a reference or an appeal from a decision of the Probate Officer may, subject to the provi-sions of any written law relating to civil appeals to the Court of Appeal, appeal to such Court.
