The power conferred on His Majesty in Council by section 86 to make general rules for regulating the proce-dure and practice, including fees and costs, in and incidental to applications for grants of probate or letters of administra-tion in Brunei shall apply to applications for sealing under this Part, and subject to any exceptions and modifications sealing

Probate and Administration made by such rules, the Acts for the time being in force in relation to estate duty (including the penal provisions there-of) shall apply as if the person who applies for sealing under this Part were applying for probate or letters of administra-tion.
