His Majesty in Council may make rules-
of Probate and Administration Act

Section 86
(a)
to prescribe for the procedure to be fol-lowed in all probate and administration causes and matters;
(b)
to prescribe forms;
(c)
to fix fees and costs;
(d)
to prescribe all matters and things which under or by reason of this Act require to be pre-scribed; and
(e)
generally to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
