Section 32
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, make rules for the payment of compensation for the loss or damage in course of transmission by post of postal article sent by parcel post and may prescribe the conditions under which such compensation may be paid and the limit of the amount of such compensation.
