Section 42
Where the Registrar furnishes, in any form, any information relating to a limited liability partnership registered under this Order to any person, the Authority, the Registrar and any person authorised by him who is involved in the furnishing of such information shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person by reason of any error or omission of whatever nature or however caused, if the error or omission –
(a)
is made in good faith and in the ordinary course of the discharge of his duties; or
(b)
has occurred or arisen as a result of any defect or breakdown in the service or in any of the equipment used for the service.
