Section 41
(1)
Where it appears to the High Court, as a result of evidence adduced before it by an applicant limited liability partnership, that any particular recorded in the register is incorrect, the High Court may, by order, direct the Registrar to rectify that register on such conditions as are specified in the order and the Registrar shall, upon receipt of the order, rectify the register accordingly.
