Section 38
(1)
A person who is subject to a disqualification or a disqualification order under sections 141A, 141B and 141C of the Companies Act (Chapter 39) shall not act as manager of a limited liability partnership during the period the disqualification or whilst a disqualification order is in force.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
