Section 40
If any person knowingly holds out that a business is registered as a limited liability partnership under this Order, that person is, where he knows or ought to have known that at the material time the business was not registered as a limited liability partnership under this Order, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
