Section 27

Save in so far as they may be•inconsistent with Procedure anything contained in this Act the provisions of the written law with regard to civil procedure shall apply to all proceed-ings before the Court and the Court of Appeal under this

Act.

The costs, if any, payable by the applicant may be recovered as if they were costs incurred in a civil suit and as if the award were the order or decree therein.
