Section 25

When the amount of compensation awarded or claimed is not less than $25,000 the Land Officer or any person interested may appeal from the decision of the Court to the Court of Appeal. No appeal shall lie from the decision of the Court in any other case:

Provided that the Court may reserve any question of law arising therein for the decision and directions of the Court of Appeal.

Land Acquisition

Every appeal under this section shall be pre-sented within the time and in the manner provided for appeals in civil matters to the Court of Appeal.
