Section 128

Any person who ill-treats her husband or wife is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.

A husband or wife who deprives his wife or husband of property by cheating is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both and the Court shall make an order that the property or if the property is not
