Section 130

A wife who wilfully disobeys an order by her husband in accordance with Hukum Syara’ after being advised by a Syar’ie Judge is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or for a second or subsequent offence, a fine not exceeding $1,000.

Apostasy to annul marriage.
