Section 133

Without prejudice to the right of any interested person under any order made under this Act to enforce the order under this Act or under any other law, the Court that made the order, in the case of wilful failure to comply therewith, may, if the order requires payment of any amount, direct the amount due to be levied in a manner provided by law for levying fines imposed by Court or sentence the person wilfully failing to comply therewith, if the order is for monthly payments, to imprisonment not exceeding one month for each monthly payment that is unpaid, or if the order is for other payment, to imprisonment not exceeding one year.
