Section 135

Any person who solemnises or makes any regulation for the solemnisation of a marriage in contravention of the provisions of this Act or wilfully officiates any invalid marriage under this Act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.
