Section 125

Any person with a duty to report under this Act wilfully neglects or fails to do so is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.

Any person with a duty to report or is required to submit an application under this Act or to furnish any information or to execute or sign any necessary legal document for the purpose of effecting the registration thereof, wilfully neglects or fails to report or to comply with the requirement is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.
