Section 123

A man who remarries at any place during the subsistence of his marriage without obtaining prior written permission from a Syar’ie Judge is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.

Divorce outside Court without Court permission.
