Section 121
(1)
Where a person has no longer cohabit with her husband or his wife in a manner required by Hukum Syara’, the husband or the wife may apply to the Court for an order that the person resumes cohabitation.
(2)
The Court shall, in making an order under subsection (1), take into account any order made under section 60B or 60C.
