The Medical Officer shall report in writing

commendations as he deems needful for the altera-tion of the discipline or treatment of the detained person or for the supply of additional articles to the detained person.

The Superintendent shall as far as it is practicable carry into effect any written re­

commendation made by the Medical Officer.
