Section 52

The Medical Officer shall report to the Mentally ᪽n-Superintendent the case of any detained person ᪽᪽':!s᪽etamed whose mind has been or appears likely to be in-injuriously affected, and give such written directions in the case as he may think proper.

He shall re-port in writing the case of any detained person ap-pearing to be mentally disordered.
