Section 36
Any employer who —
(a)
fails to comply with any order made by the Commissioner under this Part; or
(b)
enters into a contract of apprenticeship contrary to the provisions of this Part, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,500, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
