Section 34

If any person to whom an apprentice has been apprenticed retains him in his service after the agreed period of apprenticeship has expired without any arrangement between them for the payment of salary, the apprentice shall be entitled to recover from him salary at the current rate payable for services similar to that performed by such apprentice.
