Section 130
(1)
Any summons issued by the Commissioner under this Part may be served by an Intermediate Court or any Court of a Magistrate, on behalf of the Commissioner, or in such other manner and by such person as the
Commissioner may direct.
(2)
No fee shall be charged by the Commissioner in respect of any such summons.
