Section 127
(1)
The Commissioner shall keep a case book in which he shall record the evidence of persons summoned or otherwise present and his decision and order in each matter in issue before him, and shall authenticate the record by attaching his signature thereto.
(2)
The record in such case book shall be sufficient evidence of the giving of any decision.
(3)
Any person interested in the decision or order shall be entitled to a copy of the record upon payment of the fee prescribed in Schedule 2.
